Expect a restorative & mindful practice that journeys through self-face massage, Yin yoga postures & eventually lands into guided relaxation. This gentle, yet grounding practice will benefit the racing mind, the stiff body & the overwhelmed heart.
Neal’s Yard products will be used for those that would like, or bring your own facial oil.
Suitable for all levels.
